Great experience and very knowledgeable staff. I spent a lot of time pre and post surgery in therapy. I appreciate everyone that have been involved with my recovery. I felt secure and confident in the fact that I would get back to my normal self and life with the help of the therapists at Hartz.

Although this practice location was not the nearest option, my provider recommended it specifically so I could work with Crystal, who is recognized for her extensive training and experience. My experience was highly positive; Crystal conducted a comprehensive assessment and created a treatment plan that led to significant improvement in my symptoms. I am grateful for my provider’s recommendation, as my recovery has progressed well and I have been able to resume several of my favorite activities.

The staff at Hartz Physical Therapy in Mount Joy are the best at hospitality and developing a therapy plan to fit your schedule and pain level to get you back to normal physical activity. They offer flexible scheduling at their location, or other offices if needed, an app to help you maintain exercises at home, email articles, and even print outs to take home. I injured myself with a weak hamstring on vacation and chose Hartz because they worked with my insurance and were close to home. It was my first experience with physical therapy and I enjoyed my bi-weekly therapy sessions and the time spent with the team there. They were patient and supportive, answered all my questions and demonstrated each exercise for me. I highly recommend this therapy office and the wonderful staff at Hartz. If I’m ever in need of therapy again, they will be my first call!

Only good things to say about the team at Mt Joy Hartz! My therapist, Crystal, was very patient and always available when I had questions in between sessions. I really like having my exercises on an app that I can still refer to as needed. Brynn was also an amazing PTA to work with. Highly recommend!

Crystal and Ashley helped me achieve my goals by focusing on my healing with their personal and caring approach. I felt positive and hopeful after my appointments. As a professional musician and avid pickleball player, they have provided the assistance I needed to recover from my injury. I am so grateful. ❤️ I recommend them to all my friends!!

I started physical therapy at the Hartz Mount Joy location back in April as part of my recovery from multiple multiple surgeries to resolve infections in both psoas muscles and my spine. I worked with both Brianna and Bella, and couldn't be happier with my progress and the level of care I received. If you are in need of physical therapy, I would recommend you give Hartz Mount Joy a try for the following reasons: knowledge of my therapist(s), their constant "check-ins" to make sure I felt my sympton were being addressed, willingness to adjust my program if needed, and overall pleasant and caring demeanor.

I only have positive things to say about Hartz PT. The moment that I stepped through the door I was greeted with kind and friendly faces. My therapist, Brianna, gave me a thorough evaluation. She took the time to explain all aspects of my pain with pictures of the muscles involved and in a language that I understood. I felt improvement after a few sessions, and continue to get stronger. Thank you Hartz and Brianna for your care and education. Highly recommend 😃

Physical therapy after a shoulder replacement is tough, but Hartz Mt Joy, especially Brianna and Bella, have made my experience there productive, pleasant and rewarding. I’m getting my shoulder function back to a new normal with decreasing pain and increasing range of motion. The atmosphere at Hartz is peaceful and not at all pressured. They work with me as an older individual according to my unique needs and abilities. I ❤️ Hartz!

I was a regular patient at another facility, however; they were too booked up. I decided to try Hartz because I've seen them driving by. The staff at the Mount Joy location is amazing! From reception when you come in, to my therapist Brj and her assistant Belle. My treatment by was very focused on what needed for my knee. They don't over book. They make sure each patient is given the proper attention for the healing the need! I highly recommend them if you are looking for therapy!

From the moment you enter, Hartz Physical Therapy in Mount Joy is a great experience. Andrea is very pleasant and makes you relaxed and very helpful. My team, Crystal & Ashley are amazing. From sitting and explaining on their laptop what is happening to cause your pain, to the massage that relaxes it, to the proper treatment and exercises for home care, you feel confident you are in the right place. Last but not least, they make you feel like you just had a visit with your friend. I will never go anywhere else when I need physical therapy. Simply the best!
